Regulation 21
Regulation 21 of the Firearms Control Act, states that any individual working with a company firearm and already possesses the qualification to use any firearm for business purposes, must undergo a annual assessment. During this assessment, the individual is expected to successfully complete a Formative assessment (theoretical open book exam) and the qualification shoots as per the qualification shoot for the business purposes qualification. Individuals who are not already in possession of a certificate for Handle and Use of a handgun/ shotgun/ self-loading rifle/ manual loading rifle for business purposes, must first undergo such training.
